The main aim of this course is to develop academic speaking skills in English through students' interests and free online software. Presentation skills covered throughout the course will be an attractive opening statement, concise structure, message to match the audience, interaction with the audience, and keeping within the time limit. Students will also learn to develop critical thinking, autonomous learning, discussion and coordination skills in English through interaction with the teacher and their peers. |

Students will need to do research out of class to find supporting evidence, create PowerPoint documents, create software (using GUI) for the presentations and discussions. Group work will involve coordination out of class. |
