技術の実用化に必要な志を学ぶとともに，実社会で技術を活かした企業経営に必要な情報や起業するために必要な準備や精神などを，経営者とのディスカッションを通してより詳細に学ぶ．机上の学習では得られない，実社会の市場戦略や思考を学ぶ．/ Ambitions which is needed for practical application is learned. Through a discussion with executives, information and advises involving company management and spiritualism to be an entrepreneur are learned. A real market strategy and its point of view those cannot study normal teaching, are acquired. |

1日目【2019年9月12日（木）】/ 1st day. Sep 12 2019: visit factories 9:30集合：京王多摩センター駅京王改札口（中央口）前/ Meeting up at KEIO Tama center ticket gate (Central entrance) 徒歩にて京西テクノス株式会社へ移動/ Moving to Kyosai Technos CO., LTD. on foot. 10:00～12:00 講話および見学 西京テクノス（株） (https://www.kyosaitec.co.jp/index.php) 代表取締役社長 臼井 努氏/ visiting Kyosai Technos CO., LTD and given a lecture by Mr. Usui (president). 12:00 昼食懇談会（京西テクノス社食堂：社長を交えて会食）/ Lunch meeting with president at company cafeteria 13:00 電車にて京王多摩センター駅から調布駅/ Moving from KEIO Tama center to chofu by train. 調布駅から徒歩にて見学先企業へ移動/ Moving to Gemdrops, Inc. on foot. 14:30 ジェムドロップ（株） (http://www.gemdrops.co.jp/)見学 / visiting Gemdrops, Inc. 16:00 終了・解散/ break up ２日目【2019年9月13日（金）】2nd day. Sep 13 2019: visit factories and presentation 会場：UECアライアンスセンター100周年記念ホール/ venue: UEC alliance center 9：30～10:00 スピーチ 電気通信大学 副学長 由良 憲二/ Opening talk prof. Kenji Yura: Vice president of UEC 10:00～12:00 講話および見学 （株）菊池製作所(http://www.kikuchiseisakusho.co.jp/) 代表取締役社長 菊池 功氏/ visiting KIKUCHI SEISAKUSHO CO., LTD. and given a lecture by Mr. Kikuchi (president). 12:00 昼食（各自）/ lunch on your own 13:00～13:50 レポート作成/ make a report 14:00～16:10 課題発表・質疑 (5分発表5分質疑 1分PC交代) / presentation & discussion (5min & 5min, PC change 1min) 16:10 終了・解散/ break up 履修者は，両日参加すること．/ Participants should be completed course by attending both days. 集合・課題などの詳細は，参加者に対して，学務情報システムのアドレスへ連絡します．/ The detail will be announced to participants from UEC office by e-mail. 発表はPCを使ってパワーポイントで行います．各自PCを準備してください．/ Participants should prepare own PC for presentation. |

この授業は，技術の実用化や起業の志を学び，技術と社会を結びつけるための思考や発想を学ぶために，開講されます．講師が教える解を記憶するような受動的な学びではないので，先人の体験，経験から学びとる意志と気概が必要です． 積極的にディスカッションへ参加することを期待します．/ This Program is planed to learn innovation mind. An actively mind is required to acquire practical solution from experience of presidents. Active discussion is hoped for, not passive learning. |

先端技術の実用化は，単に技術水準が高ければ実現されるものではありません． また，理想や情熱だけでは新技術の社会実現はできません．ひとは前例のない事象を嫌うので，新しい技術が受け入れられないことも少なくありません． 技術の実用化を願う強い意志と，直面する様々な現実の壁をクリアすることが必要です．場合によっては起業も必要でしょう．本講では，各地域で実際に活躍している企業の経営者から話を伺い，交流する機会をもつことで，机上の学習では得難いイノベーションマインドの育成を目的としています．/ An innovation cannot be achieved from only high-quality technology. And it cannot be also achieved by only a dream or a passion. By inclination towards specialists, new technology is often excluded. This barrier should be broken by strongly wish of practical application. The purpose of this program is acquirement of innovation mind is difficult to learn from textbook, by lecture of presidents and discussion in mixer. |
