自動車や航空宇宙、銀行、スマートフォン、エンターテイメントなど、あらゆる産業でソフトウェアは核心的技術になっています。ソフトウェアの品質向上は欠かせませんが、高い品質を達成できる組織を構築するのは困難です。多くの組織は品質向上の技法ばかりに目をやり、高い品質を達成するための原理や原則を疎かにするため、失敗を繰り返します。この講義では、講師から指定された業種において、高い品質の製品やサービスをグループワーク形式で考案します。それによって学生は、高い品質を達成するための原理や原則を身につけていきます。グループで選択できますが、議論は通常日本語で行われます。 Software is the key technology for all industries, such as automotive, aerospace, finance, smartphones, and entertainment. Although software quality is essential, it is difficult to establish an organization which can achieve excellent software quality. Many organizaitons has failed due to practice-based approach rather than principle-based approach. In this course, student groups shall make strategies for a quality product or service in a workshop style and will acquire principles to achieve excellent quality. The discussion is usually conducted in Japanese, which students themselves can select. |

※2週目から開講します。 グループワーク形式で議論を進め、成果物はプレゼンテーションを行う。以下に進め方の例を示すが、グループごとに異なって構わない。 第 1週: イントロダクション 第 2週: チームビルディング 第 3週: 対象となる製品/サービスやコンテキストの理解 第 4週: 対象となる製品/サービスやコンテキストの調査 第 5週: 対象となる製品/サービスやコンテキストの分析 第 6週: ソリューションのブレインストーミング 第 7週: ブレインストーミング結果の検討 第 8週: ソリューションの基本的な方向性の整理 第 9週: 基本的な方向性の検討 第10週: 基本的な方向性のレビュー 第11週: ソリューションの与えるユーザ価値の検討 第12週: 詳細なソリューションの設計 第13週: 詳細なソリューションの細部の検討 第14週: プレゼンテーション 第15週: プレゼンテーション結果の相互評価と議論 This course is conducted in a workshop style. Groups shall make presentations. Each group can follow its own schedule like the example below: Week 1: Introduction Week 2: Team builiding Week 3: Understanding a target product/service and the context Week 4: Research on information about the target product/service and the context Week 5: Analyzing the target product/service and the context Week 6: Brainstorming about a solution Week 7: Discussion on the result of the brainstorming Week 8: Organizing an architecture of the solution Week 9: Discussion on the architecture of the solution Week10: Review of the architecture of the solution Week11: Discussion on users experiences Week12: Detail design of the solution Week13: Paper implementation of the solution Week14: Presentation Week15: Mutual evaluation of the presentations |

企業におけるグループでの議論の進め方を身につけることができます。ソフトウェア開発だけでなく、あらゆる業種において必須な能力です。 Students will acquire ability to make strategies by severe discussion, which is needed in every company in every industry. |

成績は基本的に相互評価の結果を基にします。議論に活発に参加しない学生には成績がつきません。 Evaluation is fundamentally according to mutual evaluation. Inactive students will not be graded. |
