This class will focus on the following: 1. reading English non-fiction, related especially to science; 2. how to produce a reaction (a summary plus opinion) in spoken and written English; 3. presentation; and 4. discussion. Except for weeks 10 and 15, there will be extensive reading for the first 30 or 40 minutes of each class.
