財務分析およびCVP分析の手法について学習します。そのうえで個別の計算方法の習得および，事例への適応を目指します。 Students will learn the methods of financial analysis and CVP analysis. Then, students will learn individual calculation methods and apply them to case studies. |

第一日目：ビジネス評価のための管理会計 第二日目：組織管理のための管理会計 第三日目：経営分析 講義とともに，具体的な企業の分析や，グループワークなどを組み合わせて進行していきます。 Day 1: Management Accounting for Business Valuation Day 2: Management Accounting for Organizational Management Day 3: Financial Statement Analysis The course will combine lectures, analysis of specific companies, and group work. |
