講義情報/Course Description

主題および 達成目標（2,000文字以内） /Themes and goals（up to 2,000 letters）	技術の実用化に必要な志を学ぶとともに，実社会で技術を活かした企業経営に必要な情報や起業するために必要な準備や精神などを，経営者とのディスカッションを通してより詳細に学ぶ．机上の学習では得られない，実社会の市場戦略や思考を学ぶ．/ Ambitions which is needed for practical application is learned.  Through a discussion with executives, information and advises involving company management and spiritualism to be an entrepreneur are learned.  A real market strategy and its point of view those cannot study normal teaching, are acquired.

授業内容と その進め方（2,000文字以内） /Course outline and weekly schedule（up to 2,000 letters）	今年度（2021年度）は，可能な限り対面授業を予定しております．新型コロナウィルス感染症対策として，ZOOMによるリアルタイム遠隔授業となった場合でも，遠隔での会社訪問を行う予定です． This year, this class will be opened face-to-face lesson, as possible.  As countermeasures against COVID-19, when “Active President's Lecture” will open a course as a remote class, visiting factory and active President's lecture will execute as much as possible by real-time ZOOM system.   1日目/ 1st day. 2021年　9/8（水）/ 8th (wed.) 実務経験を活かした 授業内容 (実務経験内容も含む) /Course content utilizing practical experience	2020年，2021年と新型コロナ蔓延のため，対面での授業ができませんでしたが，対面が可能になりましたら，現役社長を非常勤講師に迎え，工場見学のほか，経営者による実務的な会社経営や運営に関するご苦労や心構えなどの経験談をご講演いただきます．机上の学習ではなく，実際の会社（工場等）を見学し，社員の方々や会社の雰囲気などにも触れ，経営実践の様子を実体験として学びます．
授業時間外の学習 （予習・復習等）（1,000文字以内） /Preparation and review outside class（up to 1,000 letters）	レポートの作成は，講演を視聴後，各自まとめること．/ The report should be summarized soon after the lecture.
成績評価方法 および評価基準 （最低達成基準を含む） （1,000文字以内） /Evaluation and grading （up to 1,000 letters）	レポート及びディスカッション（自分の視点や意見のまとめを重視する） 講演での質疑などを含め総合的に評価します．/ An Achievement is decided by presentation (report) and discussion comprehensively.  The own opinion is needed. (making much of point of view)

学生へのメッセージ（1,000文字以内） /Message for students（up to 1,000 letters）	この授業は，技術の実用化や起業の志を学び，技術と社会を結びつけるための思考や発想を学ぶために，開講されます．講師が教える解を記憶するような受動的な学びではないので，先人の体験，経験から学びとる意志と気概が必要です． / This Program is planed to learn innovation mind.  An actively mind is required to acquire practical solution from experience of presidents.
その他 /Others	先端技術の実用化は，単に技術水準が高ければ実現されるものではありません． また，理想や情熱だけでは新技術の社会実現はできません．ひとは前例のない事象を嫌うので，新しい技術が受け入れられないことも少なくありません． 技術の実用化を願う強い意志と，直面する様々な現実の壁をクリアすることが必要です．場合によっては起業も必要でしょう．本講では，電気通信大学のイノベーションマインドが旺盛な研究者から話を伺い，机上の学習では得難いイノベーションマインドの育成を目的としています．/ An innovation cannot be achieved from only high-quality technology.  And it cannot be also achieved by only a dream or a passion.  By inclination towards specialists, new technology is often excluded.  This barrier should be broken by strongly wish of practical application.  The purpose of this program is acquirement of innovation mind is difficult to learn from textbook, by lecture of innovator in UEC.
