講義情報/Course Description

主題および 達成目標（2,000文字以内） /Themes and goals（up to 2,000 letters）	人間のコミュニケーションの基盤としての身体のレベルからコミュニケーションについて論じ、人間の特徴である文化（スポーツを含む）に注目して、その情報特性（コード・規範）やコミュニケーション特性（伝達・継承）、形成されるコミュニティ特性（結合）について議論を展開する。コミュニケーションツールの進展が身体文化のこれらの特性に与える影響、さらには新しい文化形成プロセスなどをめぐり、社会コミュニケーション学の新たな可能性を探ってゆく。単に言語によるコミュニケーションのみならず、より包括的な視座から人間コミュニケーションに対する理解を深めることを目指す。 We will discuss communication from the level of the body as the foundation of human communication, and focus on culture (including sports) as a human characteristic, and discuss its information characteristics (codes and norms), communication characteristics (transmission and inheritance), and community characteristics (bonding) that are formed. We will discuss the information characteristics (codes and norms), communication characteristics (transmission and inheritance), and community characteristics (bonding). We will explore new possibilities for social communication studies by examining the impact of the development of communication tools on these characteristics of physical culture, as well as new cultural formation processes. We aim to deepen our understanding of human communication from a more comprehensive perspective than simply verbal communication.

The class will consist of lectures, exercises, group discussions, and presentations. The order of lecture assignments will be changed according to the schedule of exercises.

成績評価方法 および評価基準 （最低達成基準を含む） （1,000文字以内） /Evaluation and grading （up to 1,000 letters）	プレゼンテーション（50％）、レポート（50％）で評価する。 授業中に発言や他の履修生との意見交換を積極的に行ない、本講義テーマに対する自分自身の意見をプレゼンテーションやレポートにて他者へ理解してもらえるよう発表できること。 Evaluation will be based on presentations (50%) and reports (50%). Students should be able to speak up and exchange opinions with other students during the class, and present their own opinions on the theme of this lecture in a presentation or report so that others can understand them.

学生へのメッセージ（1,000文字以内） /Message for students（up to 1,000 letters）	近年、コミュニケーション力の低下・重要性が唱えられていますが、コミュニケーション力の定義ははあいまいであることが多いです。本講義では、そのフレームワークを理解し、学術的な側面と実践的な側面から受講者どうしで議論を深めあうことを期待しています。 In recent years, the decline and importance of communication skills have been advocated, but the definition of communication skills is often ambiguous. In this lecture, we hope that participants will understand the framework and deepen discussions among themselves from both academic and practical aspects.
