主題および 達成目標（2,000文字以内） /Themes and goals（up to 2,000 letters）	英語の読解力、ライティング、プレゼンテーションスキルを身につけることは、情報・ネットワーク工学分野の将来のプロフェッショナルエンジニアや研究者にとって非常に重要です。この授業では、英語でのアカデミックペーパーの準備、国際会議での発表、国際共同プロジェクトへの参加など、将来の仕事に役立つと考えられる実践的なスキルを学ぶことを目指しています。これは、英語での研究論文とプレゼンテーションの準備を通じて行われます。 As prospective professional engineers and researchers in the field of information and network engineering, it is crucial for you to develop English reading comprehension, writing, and presentation skills. In this class, we aim to learn practical skills that will be useful in your future careers, such as preparing academic papers in English, presenting at international conferences, and participating in international collaborative projects, through the preparation of research papers and presentations in English.

授業内容と その進め方（2,000文字以内） /Course outline and weekly schedule（up to 2,000 letters）	英語タイプⅡ（Bb）により講義を実施 本授業では、1専門教員と英語課教員との協働による実践的な英語スキルの向上を目指します。特に、技術英語文章の作成及び発表能力の養成に重点を置きます。 In this course, we aim to enhance your practical English skills through collaboration with instructors from the English department. Specifically, we will focus on writing technical English and developing presentation skills in English. 伝統的な講義よりも演習に重点を置いて、技術的な英語スキルを養います。授業では、英語でのアブストラクト、フルペーパー、プレゼンテーションスライド、およびスクリプトの作成を行います。講義中教員は、即時のフィードバックを提供します。そして、皆さんの英語スキルを尊重し、個別型の指導も行いながら、スキル向上を目指していきます。コースの最後にはプレゼンテーションセッションが行われます。 We prioritize exercises over traditional lectures to develop your technical English skills. In the classroom, you will write an abstract, a full paper, and prepare presentation slides and scripts in English. Immediate feedback will be provided by instructors who will circulate among students during the course. We respect your English skills and aim to enhance them through individualized instruction. The course will conclude with a presentation session. 具体的な授業内容として、各学生の卒業研究成果をベースに以下のタスクを実行します。 ・英語論文の概要作成およびIMRAD構成に基づく論文の各セクションの執筆と講評 ・英語による研究発表スライドとスクリプトの作成、発表および審査 英文作成では、各自のモデル論文やコンコーダンスプログラムを使用して、学術英語の表現方法のバリエーションを広げます。さらに、国際学会発表や学術論文執筆を予定している学生には、ニーズに合わせて個別に柔軟な対応を行います。 As specific course content, the following tasks will be carried out based on each student's graduation research results: - Creation of an English paper abstract and writing and review of each section of the paper based on the IMRAD structure - Creation and presentation of research presentation slides and scripts in English, as well as evaluation In writing in English, we will expand the variation of expressions in academic English by using each student's model papers and concordance programs. In addition, special lectures by visiting researchers from abroad are also planned as appropriate. Furthermore, flexible and individualized support will be provided for students planning to present at international conferences or write academic papers, to meet their needs. 1. 成績評価方法 および評価基準 （最低達成基準を含む） （1,000文字以内） /Evaluation and grading （up to 1,000 letters）	EAおよび最後の口頭発表による以下の評価基準を予定する． EA（50%）、口頭発表（50％） Evaluation will be made based on the EA (50%) and oral presentation (50%).

This course, which focuses on writing abstracts, full papers, and research presentations in English, aims to prepare you for international work.
