日本社会や日本文化を理解するために、日本人が常識的に持ち合わせている日本地理の知識を学ぶ。自国の地理的特徴と日本の地理的特徴を比較して捉えられるようになる。 To learn the knowledge of Japanese geography that Japanese people have in common sense in order to understand Japanese society and culture. To be able to compare and perceive the geographical features of one's own country with those of Japan. |

授業では日本の地理に関する情報の提供し、各地方ごとに簡単なクイズを行う。また、ディスカッションによって、日本の地理に関する理解を深める。 第1週 オリエンテーション、日本地理概論 第2週 九州・沖縄地方① 第3週 九州・沖縄地方② 第4週 四国・中国地方① 第5週 四国・中国地方② 第6週 近畿地方① 第7週 近畿地方② 第8週 中部地方① 第9週 中部地方② 第10週 関東地方① 第11週 関東地方② 第12週 東北地方① 第13週 東北地方② 第14週 北海道 第15週 試験とその解説 The class will provide information on Japanese geography and conduct a simple quiz for each region. Discussion will also deepen students' understanding of Japanese geography. 参加：10％、小テスト：30％、試験：20％、発表：10％、レポート：30％（ただし、欠席数がクラス全体の3分の1を超えた場合、クイズは「不可」となる。） Participation: 10%, Quiz: 30%, Exam: 20%, Presentation: 10%, Report: 30% （If the number of absences exceeds 1/3 of the entire class, the quiz will be “failed”). |
