GLTP 学生が自主的にセミナー形式の研究紹介・勉強会を行う.セミ ナーの運営も GLTP 学生が行い，それを通してグローバルリーダーとしての素養を育成す る.また，セミナーで議論される内容によって，その知識とともに多様な考え方・視点を養う. GLTP students voluntarily conduct seminar-style research introductions and study sessions. The seminars are managed by the GLTP students, and through this process, the students develop the qualities needed to become global leaders. The contents discussed in the seminars will help the students to develop their knowledge as well as diverse ways of thinking and perspectives. |

初回が始まる前に，ガイダンスを行い，そこで GLTP セミナーの 考え方，進め方を理解する.1 年間にセミナーを 15 回実施することを目標とする.各回の セミナー終了後に議事録(実施報告書)を分担して作成する. Before the first session begins, guidance will be given so that the participants understand the concept and procedures of the GLTP seminar. The goal is to conduct 15 seminars in a year. After each seminar, the participants are to prepare the minutes of the proceedings (implementation report) by sharing the responsibility. |

企業における実務経験のあるアカデミックアドバイザーが GLTP セミナーにオブザーバーとして参加する. 運営に関して相談に乗ることもある An academic advisor who has practical experience in a company will participate in the GLTP seminars as an observer. He may consult with you on the management of the seminar. |

1 年間を通してセミナーを実施し， 「主題および達成目標」の項目に書かれた目標を達成する.活動実績と議事録(実施報告書) の内容により評価を行う. Evaluation will be based on the results of the activities and the contents of the proceedings (implementation report). |
