細かい技術の紹介よりも、なぜそのようにネットワークが作られたかというネットワークの設計原理を、代表的なネットワークの技術を通して、理解することで、今後のネットワークの設計、開発、研究に役に立つような、考え方を身につける。Main aim is to understand design principle of network design with actual network in order to design, develop, and research network system in future. |

TypeII：Japanese-based course, with English materials. 「英語タイプⅡ（Ca）により講義を実施」 講義内容：Content. ・イントロダクション（2回）。Introduction (1st, 2nd). ・物理層（2回）, Physical layer (3 times) 物理層に用いられる技術を理論、実際のシステムへの適用（第3回）、 サブレイヤ、無線・有線ネットワーク毎に解説（第4回）。Theory of Physical layer, Application for system (3rd), Sublayers, wireless/wired network (4th). ・データリンク層（2回）, Data link layer 信頼性のある通信を実現するための技術（第5回）、無線、有線ネットワーク毎に解説する（第6回）。 Reliability(5th), Data link layer of Wireless/Wired network ・メディアアクセスコントロール層（3回）, Media access control (MAC) layer (3 times) 複数のユーザを同一メディアに収容するための技術（第7回）、その実システムへの適用を無線（第8回）、有線ネットワーク毎に解説する（第9回）。Media access control techniques (7th), MAC for wireless system (8th), Wired system (9th) ・ネットワーク層（3回）. Network layer (3 times) ルーティング、アドレッシングをアルゴリズム(第10回)、実際の固定ネットワーク第11回、モバイルネットワークでの適用（第12回）を解説する。Routing algorithm (10th), Routing for wired network (11th), Mobile network (12tn) ・トランスポート層（3回）. Transport layer (3 times) End-to-Endの輻輳制御技術のアルゴリズム（第13回）、実システムへの適用（第14、15回）を解説する。 End-to-End congestion control algorithm (13th), and its application for actual systems (14th, 15th). 授業の進め方：Content, and Evaluation 各層が終わる毎にレポートを課して理解深める。Give report at the end of the layer. オフィスアワー：Office hour 授業終了後1時間（西10 721室）。事前にメールで連絡をいただければ確実にいます。 One hour after the class at West carpus building 10. ・レポート+(最終テスト)を総合して評価する。Evaluation is made with reports and Final test. 成績の付け方：Evaluation レポート 20点×5回, 20 point x 5 times 加点方式の採点を用いる。 評価基準： Grades 可 60点以上. C over or equal 60. 良 70点以上. B over or equal 70. 優 80点以上. A over or equal 80. 秀 90点以上かつ上位10%以内. S over or equal 90, and top 10%. |
