主題および 達成目標(2,000文字以内) /Themes and goals(up to 2,000 letters) |
Goals of the course Following the previous semester (Interdisciplinary Seminar I), the course aims further to deepen the academic questions in students’ research fields. In this second step, students are expected to focus more on helping peer students revise and re-examine the ongoing research project, having a doctoral thesis in the scope. This course aims to enable students to explain the purpose and significance of their research in relation to existing research through discussions with tutors and peers. In addition, the course will train students in organizing and orientating their own research through discussions and getting/providing reflections. Students are expected to develop logical connections between different questions and learn how to organize the doctoral research project and thesis. |
