(a)主題 グローバル化が加速する現代において、国内外を問わず、外国語によるコミュニケーション能力や異文化理解力に加え、自身の専門性を活かして地球規模の課題解決や国際協力に貢献できる能力が強く求められている。本科目は、海外派遣プログラムでの経験を通じて、自身の専門分野をより深化させ、高度な研究能力を養成することを目的とする。あわせて、国際的な研究ネットワークの構築を目指すとともに、幅広い国際的課題への対処能力および適応力を獲得することを目標とする。 (b)達成目標 学生が研修に自律的に取り組むことで、専門性、研究能力、および将来の国際活動に必要な姿勢を身につける。 ・自身の専門性を深め、高度な研究能力を養成するとともに、国際的な研究ネットワークを構築する。 ・派遣先の言語・社会・文化に対する理解を深め、国際的な課題の解決に取り組む姿勢を養う。 ・多様な背景を持つ人々との交流に対し、積極性と高いコミュニケーション能力を発揮する。 ・異なる環境や制度の下でも、目標達成のために必要な手続きを主体的に行い、適切に対処できる。 ・渡航・滞在時に必要な基本的知識、安全・健康管理の知識と対処法を修得し、自立して安全に国際活動を遂行できる。 ・国際的な視点から自国の社会・文化・歴史等を相対化し、日本についての認識を再評価する。 (a) Subject In today’s rapidly globalizing world, there is a strong demand for individuals who possess not only foreign-language communication and cross-cultural understanding skills but also the ability to address global challenges and to collaborate internationally through their expertise. This course aims to further develop students' professional fields and cultivate advanced research capabilities through experience in overseas dispatch programs. Additionally, it aims to build international research networks and acquire the ability to handle and adapt to a wide range of international issues. (b) Learning Objectives Through autonomous participation in the training, students will acquire expertise, research capabilities, and the attitudes and skills necessary for future international activities. - Deepen professional expertise, cultivate advanced research skills, and establish international research networks. - Deepen understanding of the language, society, and culture of the host country, and develop an attitude toward solving international issues. - Demonstrate proactiveness and high-level communication skills when interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. - Proactively manage necessary procedures and respond appropriately to achieve goals within different environments and systems. - Acquire fundamental knowledge for travel and stay, including safety and health management, to independently and safely conduct international activities. - Reflect on one's own society, culture, and history from an international perspective (relativization) and re-evaluate the perception of one's home country. |

〇授業内容とその進め方 第1回 事前学習1：派遣留学の流れと意義・海外研修に必要な諸手続き 第2回 事前学習2：派遣先国の諸制度・渡航準備 第3回 事前学習3：各国の歴史・文化・社会制度の概略と日本との比較 第4回 事前学習4：最終確認・安全管理 第5～13回 海外研修（各プログラムに従う） 第14回 事後学習1：成果報告会の準備・留学報告書の作成 第15回 事後学習2：成果報告会 ※上記のほか、手続きやアセスメント等のために集合を求める場合がある。また、各学修活動は複数回分をまとめて実施することがある。 ※事前学習においては、各回の課題および研修参加に必要な書類を期日までに提出すること。また、必要な手続きを遅滞なく完了させること。 ※海外研修中は、それぞれの派遣先学習プログラムに従って活動すること。 ※研修期間が3か月以内の場合は「週報」を、4か月以上の場合は「月報」を提出すること。 ※研修終了後は、留学報告書を提出するとともに、成果報告会にて発表を行うこと。 Course Content and Schedule Session 1: Pre-departure Learning 1 – Significance of Study Abroad and Required Procedures Session 2: Pre-departure Learning 2 – Systems of the Host Country and Preparation Session 3: Pre-departure Learning 3 – Overview of History, Culture, and Social Systems / Comparison with Japan Session 4: Pre-departure Learning 4 – Final Confirmation and Safety Management Sessions 5–13: Overseas Training (According to each program) Session 14: Post-program Learning 1 – Preparation for Final Report Session and Writing Reports Session 15: Post-program Learning 2 – Final Presentation / Report Session In addition to the above: - Students may be required to meet for procedures or assessments. Furthermore, some learning activities may be combined into a single session. - For pre-departure learning, all assignments and required documents must be submitted by the designated deadlines. All necessary procedures must also be completed on time. - During the overseas training, students must follow the curriculum of their respective host programs. - Students must submit a "Weekly Report" for programs of 3 months or less, and a "Monthly Report" for programs of 4 months or more. - Upon completion of the training, students are required to submit a final report and deliver a presentation at the post-program report session. |

海外研修の効果を最大化するため、研修で使用する言語や専門分野について、渡航前から積極的に学習しておくこと。研修中の学習については各プログラムの指示に従うこと。なお、プログラムの前後には、語学能力測定（CEFR-J等）および各種アセスメントを実施する。 To maximize the impact of the overseas training, students are expected to proactively study the relevant language and professional field before departure. Study during the training should follow each program's instructions. Language proficiency tests (e.g., CEFR-J) and other assessments will be conducted before and after the program. |

〇成績評価方法および評価基準 以下の項目を総合的に判断し、評価を行う。 １．事前・事後学習および報告会への出席（全回出席が原則） ２．各種課題・報告書（週報/月報、留学報告書）の取り組み状況と内容 ３．海外研修プログラムの成績または修了証 ４．成果報告会でのプレゼンテーション ５．留学中の研究成果 （特記事項：最終学期履修の場合、卒業予定日の60日前までの帰国を要件とする） 大学院海外研修Ⅰ：海外での総研修時間が45時間以上90時間未満 大学院海外研修Ⅱ：海外での総研修時間が90時間以上 「Grading Policy and Criteria」 Evaluation will be based on a comprehensive assessment of the following items: 1. Attendance at all pre/post-sessions and report meetings. 2. Content and submission of assignments and reports (weekly/monthly reports, final report). 3. Academic performance or certificate of completion from the host program. 4. Presentation at the final report session. 5. Research achievements during the study abroad period. (Note: If taken in the final semester, students must return to Japan at least 60 days before graduation.) Advanced Overseas Training Program I: Total training hours between 45 and 89 hours. Advanced Overseas Training Program II: Total training hours of 90 hours or more. |
